SHIPPING & RETURNS



Defective items may be exchanged for identical items. If the item is no longer available, you may receive store credit for the purchase price. Refunds will not be given for defective items.


Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase date (some restrictions apply) if the item is in New/Unused condition. Exchanges will only be processed to the original form of payment.


Products must be in the same condition as when the item was shipped to be considered “New/Unused”, as well as be in the original packaging with tags attached, and returned within 15 days of delivery.


The item will no longer be considered New/Unused if manufacturer packaging was damaged to access the item.

Shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded/credited.


636Outdoors.com will not accept responsibility for returning items that are lost/damaged by the shipping service.

We are unable to refund shipping fees applied to addresses outside of the contiguous 48 states.


Shipping Labels may be provided for defective items products only and we will not refund the cost of a customer-purchased shipping label.
